If you wish to register someone else to the conference and pay their registration fee, please sign on to your account, select the appropriate category, and add their name to the attendee contact details page. If you wish to add more than one attendee, click continue shopping to get a new page.
Participants wishing to cancel their registration, must notify the CMS (email@example.com
) in writing by May 20 to receive a refund less a 10% processing fee. Those whose contributed paper has not been accepted will upon request be fully refunded.
CMS has changed their policy so you are now required to register for the meeting before you can submit an abstract. The online abstract submission system enables this feature through a cross-verification with the meeting registration database.
Registration fees are given in Canadian and US dollars. US and Canadian rates are the same.
