Call for Abstracts:
The CMS has created an open abstract submission process to support session organizers in their important work and in their efforts towards inclusivity and diversity.
The meeting website will display a list containing an abstract for each session, and the contact information for the session organizers. This will allow applicants to view all session information before applying. Applicants must send their presentation abstract directly to the session organizers. They do not need to register for the meeting to do this.
Once the deadline has passed and the open call has concluded, session organizers will be able to select and invite successful candidates from the pool of abstracts received, as well as from their list of potential speakers that they had included in their proposal. The CMS encourages organizers to invite speakers from under-represented groups and graduate students who would not normally have the opportunity to present at CMS meetings. Upon approval of their presentation, speakers must register for the meeting in order to be able to submit their abstract to the CMS website.
The scientific sessions will take place from June 3-6, 2022. Those wishing to organize a session should send a proposal to the Scientific Directors and copy the CMS office.
Session organizers must submit proposals by Monday, March 14, 2022.
Speakers must submit abstracts to session organizers for approval no later than Friday. April 15, 2022.
